ebay and paypal don't link by IP. I know nobody on here wants to admit that, but it is the case.

Think of all the places IPs get shared. They would have linked accounts for everyone.

Also eBay themselves are removing more and more listings as I am currently seeing this on my own accounts.

I can't withdraw and I have called paypal. The women said you have no choice but to wait for the email saying you can withdraw.

I plan to wait for a couple of weeks and then look into some kind...

Yeah, these reps will say anything just to get you off the phone. I had reps telling me to sell on other sites, sell local on Craiglist, etc. It was very strange.

The eBay report function does nothing as far as I could ever tell. Even reporting with multiple accounts, I never got anyone removed.
