I oparate more than 30 accounts atm. i take random proxys from EU countrys and changed the country few times on some accounts.

It was never an issue and the IP does not have to match the country....

pro tip: NL(Personal) PL PH have no limits at all.

But if you start to sell in UK with these account even after you changed address to UK there is a high chance you get VAT limited

it is impossible that they are due in 2 days. paypal always gives 45 days to submit documents.

I always use international invoices China, Africa, Thailand, UAE. I think it is easiert to explain...
