Took the money. Revolut account lost. Submitted documents, the only thing they did not ask for was a blood sample. So couldn't fix my account.
Revolut reported nothing.
Consulted a good lawyer....

You can contact PayPal trough email or Twitter and explain. Or you can workaround prompting a purchase from eBay UK or another UK website. Then when in PayPal add a new number without making it...

This works for me. I have used numbers from many different countries to verify both eBay and PayPal. Everything ok. Might be a red flag tho, but this is not an issue when everything else is ok.
