I wouldn't pay. I had an account with MC011 too, eBay told me to close all my cases in order them to review my case. I had to refund almost $200 so eBay can tell me that the decision is final.

When one of your accounts will get suspended, your PayPal merchant ID will get blacklisted and may suspend your other accounts. I don't recommend linking more than 3 different eBay accounts to the...

You can use the chat option, I reinstated many account using it.
The agent will ask you the regular questions, if you are gonna do it very often so just copy/paste the answers because the agent uses...

You are right about the GPU, but it's not the only factor.
I know it because I had to develop a software and I had to prevent it to run in a VM, I can tell you that you can modify VM's configuration...

It's not about the internal IP, when you run a VM there are some settings that any software can tell if you're running a VM or not (I assume browsers have access to that).
I know how to fix it, so...

Yes they do, you have to send them an ID and online video chat with them to verify yourself.
