If its an INR case, insert the tracking number in the case and ebay will see it as being delivered. They should side with you (based off experience).

Ebays trust & safety are pretty good at stopping scammers most of the time. I would just stop posting to freight companies and stop click & collect.

Most chancers hide behind those guises.

Same for me no email about MP. They just sent me a stock email with changes that will happen to ebay . I've had no emails sent to me about MP. Still listing on ebay and money is going to paypal...
