Are you using multiple extensions in your Chrome/browser instances? If so, your account may be linked through fingerprint. Be extra careful, especially when you are using anti-fingerprint extensions...

I would not trust Windows very much.

If you host and access your VM from the same machine, you'd get lousy performance and probably unstable images. This is a Type 2 hypervisor. These usually require a lot of processing power, ram, etc...

From time to time I`ve got the same issue, just try to change the angle(if it is possible), give more light for picture and resubmit it. It should works.
