I have several VPN's with 24vc and I agree with 123 that each one is different in many aspects, isp's, locations and numbers. I too have had problems with PayPal on a couple of these as PayPal's...

I have over a dozen IPs with them and I've never had an issue like that.. but they use a ton of different hosting companies for servers. There's probably only so much they can do when they're trying...

VPNs make it easy for you to manage your account. You dont have to keep track of IPs etc. One downside (IMO) is that they add a small flag to the account, meaning you should take a cautious approach....
