That is correct!
What you can not do is forward all emails to one master email. This will cause a problem and ebay will ask you to log into the correct account.
You must just add the emails...

Gmail is best IMO at the moment.
Your ip will show in header but it does not matter. Only the sending IP. So most but not all email providers today have stepped up to gmail for security and host...

Most email providers today do not show your IP at all. Lets take gmail USA. ALL emails from gmail will show GMAIL IP in California.
or you can use Thunderbird and it will mask all IPs from all...
