If the tax ID is your concern avoid attaching it and instead spread your sales across multiple accounts. That's how I do it and have done it for years and I can tell you it works VERY well.

I was contacted by a different "assigned agent". This one was a lot nicer and did not have the accusatory "you're a fraud" tone. Explained why he called and referred to only one account....

They refund you for unused postage within 3 weeks, if its not been used. So we could assume it's about 3 weeks probably. Most likely after that it COULD be used but need some extra verification.
