PS Lightweight is cheapest but it's nearly inaccessible.

I've looked into surepost and smartpost numerous times over the years and I've never really seen any savings unless you're shipping 1-4lb...

I just use VPN and connect via my laptop (I travel out of the country from time to time.)

I have used TeamViewer out of country and that **** is slow from let's say the other side of the world.

If you can use teamviewer to access your desktop without problems, eb sees the ip of your desktop so this is safe.

Call ebay and they have a very simple process that requires you filing a police report and/or reporting the buyer to a Federal Fraud Bureau and you can get your money back.

No, not quite. You apply for and receive your EIN from the IRS. Then you file "articles of incorporation/organization" with your state's Secretary of State to formally form and register the company...
