It's a normal process. Some times it takes them an extra day or 2 to review the withdraw.

Of course it's pending. The process is not instant.
But I'd wait some more time next time you withdraw funds on a new paypal account.
Now just wait the withdrawal proceed fine.

I've been on Ebay for 15 years, a paid member in one way or another on here for 8 years.... and the above is in a nutshell the most important stuff I've learned as well. Keep it simple. I agree 100%...

Yeah. I'm currently experimenting on a new ebay account with an old paypal account. I made a few sales and I still get the 21 day hold. Didn't know Paypal would do that even thou this is an old...

Nothing more than a random glitch that applies to smaller amounts.
Dont expect it to last long term.

This is one reason i do not sell internationally. Everyone says "you lose sales that way"...but honestly its more headache than its worth. I wouldnt give him a dime until you get the phone...

I'd let eBay take control of it and force the buyer to return the item for the refund. Maybe he'll be too lazy etc and won't follow thru.

Unsafe is anything with a strong trademark that is regularly ⊗⊗⊗⊗d. Virtually all electronics, anything Disney, Apple, Beach body, Microsoft, digital goods, video games and the list goes on and on.
