Coincidentally, you have to have your Paypal account SSN verified by March 2019 in order to continue using your PP balance for payments according to the forum.

I highly doubt that's the reasoning behind it and that that's the reason for this update. I just dont see it being a significant factor on paypal's daily operations.
Especially since those accounts...

Its a brand new account and youre trying to send money on it.
Basically paypal has zero trust in this account so you will need be sending any payments with it...

NEVER leave that much in PayPal. If you are going to do volume like that, you really need to go the route of multiple accounts. First, it helps to keep your accounts alive by staying under the radar...

When you say you use yahoo, have you disabled images and beacons when you check your mail?

Addresses are not meant to be totally fictitious, they should be real and ideally you should have access...
