the 12K threshold is valid for all UK residents , in theory if you have a high income elsewhere but sell on ebay as well you could be liable for a high tax rate but again selling 4K a year likely...

So any main high street bank is fine really

You can get 1 current account then 3/4 savings accounts easily. I use Natwestm HSBC and Nationwide now for my accounts

Update on that!! Got my remaining funds just before Christmas! :)

Kept checking on the account and made sure the bank account was still linked (Greendot Walmart Debit) Terrible Bank account BTW.....

From some of the reports I've seen here they are selling accounts with stolen ID's, some from Companies House.
