I don't know about UK but for USA the delivery confirmation only shows the zip code. I would change the street address if it is in the same zip code. As long as it is delivered to the same ZIP code...

I have experienced that exact scenario twice. I just cancelled the transactions through eBay saying there was a problem with the buyer's address and blocked them.

I find macs to be the fastest still. Or you can buy a cheap windows computer with an SSD.

I'm surprised your 7 year old mac is that slow... you must have been updating the OS and everything else...

In my experience it's an SSD that makes the biggest difference to this type of performance. I use Windows 10 but any computer with an SSD and 8GB of RAM switches users very quickly.

I would like to add that sometimes this error will not go away at all until you've established enough trust on your account. This error generally means Paypal doesn't trust you enough yet.
