Everyone gave you a good advice already.
Report the claims as UNPAID item, THEN report the feedbacks and request removal of feedbacks.

Then report the buyer so he gets suspended then move on.

Yes it’s your VPN when opening an account don’t use VPN use mobile internet at least for 3 months whilst selling items and then move to VPN. eBay can see that your using VPN and they no longer like...

I'd rather not spend time disputing a PayPal claim on a stealth account especially if it is a small amount.
Thank goodness PayPal now allows the option to close cases yourself by issuing a refund...

They're not getting soft. As based on your case, the buyer didn't respond to what paypal has asked for. So paypal sided you. Congrats on this nonetheless :)

Privacy laws in the UK in particular mean that Amazon will not pass any details about you on to any outside agencies. You do not need to worry about this, or hold back from submitting your driving...

This has been happening for ages. Just provide them with what they ask.

The other email is just an invoice. You don't have to pay it, it's already been paid, it's for there services provided.

Milk the account as long as it lasts.

I had linked accounts taking 2y to get suspended after the first died. I sold A LOT on them while it lasted.

By the way on a computer you can also use different browsers as they keep their cookies separate. You can also use start > iexplore -private for private browsing (no cookies saved)

I would be very cautious of using android and chrome in a multi user set up, particularly chrome which is most definitely not to be trusted in keeping data separate no matter what Google may claim.
