For US accounts you MUST use your real name, real SSN and real date of birth for MP registration.
MP will perform an identity check using the information...

USA eBay stealth is dead now with managed payments, if you are banned from eBay then the only stealth solution is to use a friend or relatives id with there permission and look after the account.

You can check if there are other users accounts open by initiating:

control alt delete

then click: Start Task Manager

then click the users tab

That will show you all open user accounts.

Yes. Like James said, it applies across the board because it's how the internet works. Your info is logged on a server any time you load anything from that server.
