Also eBay themselves are removing more and more listings as I am currently seeing this on my own accounts.

It is brutal right now. I pray things to get better...

The best way is to create a template. Create a folder and name it Template or whatever, install the .exe there but don't run firefox yet so that the fresh configuration will stay untouched. Copy this...

Attaching a new Paypal won't work unfortunately, as it would quickly be linked to your current restricted Paypal account.

Unless you're able to communicate with Paypal and restore your Paypal...
