As James has said, they will only disclose the basic information they hold ie name, address, dob, etc.

They do not discuss / disclose the reasons for their risk / fraud decisions in case it helps...

Ebay will send details of the turnover on the account in addition to bank details. The bank details would only be used if they cant track you via the NI or the name,...

US accounts have the SSN requirement.

You will also need to provide evidence to Payoneer as to why you are receiving money into Paypal eg link to website / marketplace etc.

The name on the Payoneer should match the name on the Paypal...
