Different user accounts was your problem. Use a different IP when logging into a new eBay account.

On a side note - different listing structures if you're selling the same products as well....

Sounds like it hasnt been deleting cookies, sounds like its completely linked you. Don't know why you haven't been using seperate profiles.. more hassle logging in and out BUT keeps everything...
