linking is done easily but this depends on reason of previous suspensions , on some suspensions they do not allow back , on others they do. especially they allow back if the suspensions were not...

Any entity. Trusts, partnerships, corps, holding companies, etc. All will work. That choice is about liability and taxes.

Filing in New York is crazy. I would not do that personally. You have 49 other choices with NV and WY being two of the best.

Go through the upgrade process again, when it takes you to the final page for the "patriot act" asking for last 4 digits of ssn, open a new tab and type in paypal dot com....keep opening new tabs...
