The only way to do it is to contact support and provide them an image with the brand name you want and the EAN thats on the ASIN. It used to be so easy but the bad actors came in and tried hijacking...

You can go thru the motion of making payment and see where you can choose paying with Ebay gift card,or go to Ebay seller/buyer forum and ask.
I know for Ebay bucks,one has to choose making Paypal...

Looks like the typical situation. Ya cant spend it from paypal but transfer to bank. It's like that with regular non biz stealth as well
