180 days is the GENERAL policy - you can only wait and hope. If you arent tied to other accounts owing or if you havent been doing criminal behaviours, you should be fine to withdraw. I wouldn't...

I guess best way is to try it.
If it doesn't work you have an entropay card to use somewherelse. You are losing nothing.
