I think alot of this depends on your area, and generally if the provider is big in your area then that is good for you as far as having a large pool of ip address etc. I am in a big area for verizon...

Verizon has a very large IP Pool, don't worry. I've been using a Verizon MiFi for my stealth accounts for the past two years.
