You will need to call in to a customer service rep to have them reset your account to start accepting payments. It is pretty straight forward and they do not ask for any additional information.

Try not to relist. Try creating the listing again from scratch and enter the paypal email address when you do so.

In the future, call paypal BEFORE creating any docs. A lot of time they only need one or two things on the long list. Usually just a Photo ID with address... The less you have to upload the better...

You def seem to meet all the criteria except the 90 day mark, so you should be good to go
