Sounds like there was some kind of fraud involved somewhere down the line. I've never heard of such an extreme account limitation. There's got to be a lot more to the story than you just selling...

Sounds like the first sale was probably high risk and flagged the account

Its possible they didn't like the information you submitted

Its also possible that they decided to deny the appeal...

Gradually withdraw money to your bank. $100 first week is a good number, double it for the 2nd week etc.

Sending money out isn't a big deal so long as you avoid sending it as "friend-family"...

From my experience if the invoices look legit they'll be sufficient - I don't believe they actively call to confirm their validity. Would take them too many man hours...
