Recently when i make US accounts, the limits have not been placed until 3-5 hours after listing.
Out of curiosity i listed a BIN listing with 5000 items and after around 3 hours u get the email...

I you really want to know what the limits are you can always call in. Ive done it myself several times on such accounts and its a simple call.
