So long as your 3V address matches your stealth address, the AVS check PP will do will pass.

You can't spend 3v cards in store for petrol etc, but can be used online anywhere that accept visa

Yes can be used with PayPal to buy things, add to your 3V account, make sure the details on your 3V account match the PayPal details and add the card.

Yes they are valid for 1 year.

Yes that's fine, as long as the S3 only tethers with the one account as explained.

If you used the ebay app before on that phone with a different account,You still may not be able to use the ebay...

Under resolution centre there should be an array of options to choose from. Deal with something a buyer has done...or a seller etc.. you just need to follow the steps through till you come across...

I have a simple criteria for items below $40...

Refund, block and move on.

If you suspect you are being scammed and can afford the defect (case), then I would consider having them on record...

No, I would not use the eBay app for Windows. Stick to web browsers. A web browser protects you from eBay tracking things like your MAC address and other device details.

There are ways and means of having items returned to your real address for returns etc.
