You will be able to recover your funds. It might take awhile though. Message threads here state that average is 90 days, but as early as 45 days and as late as 180 days.

This is why, you should be building stealth accounts whilst running other accounts, in case one go's down, you'll always have another to replace it.

Personally, I'd refund them. But that's me.. just in case PayPal decide to play funny buggers and lock it up for 180 days. I'd sell the stock on other accounts.

I just tested it with gmail and hotmail, both with their web interface. Good call, they don't attach your IP as the sender as I thought.

Don't use any email clients for stealth :)

There's no information to suggest ebay look at the headers. Even if they did, the email get's routed through GMAIL's servers, and therefore GMAIL's IPs replace your IP in the header.
