Not 100% sure but I think 30 days after he opened the return. If I remember rightly if someone opens a case against you the money goes on hold until it is sorted out. But if no reply it's 30 days...

From my experience if he doesn't upload tracking info to prove he returned it or doesn't reply. You'll just have the funds released by paypal back into your account

I started off as auction only in the.beginning but im sure that a mix of both would be fine after the first month.

one phone per account is fine for tethering and no need to change ip
but if u wanted to change ip click airplane mode on and off and this will change it

I can only go by my experience...but here is an example using random numbers

My mobile network will give me.say, 154 132 86 01
If i remove that sim and put it into another phone, the ip does...
