As you sell on accounts, item limits & $$ limits increase..

You dont want one account that has high limits go down and then be stuck with a new account with 5/$500 and have to wait ages to start...

I do not leave a feedback unless I receive a feedback first. No feedback is always better then any feedback. Buyers are stupid. They will leave a bad feedback without even realizing they are doing so.

"Like" New in the title was and still may be a policy violation and may get your listings removed. Also it is terrible use of key words. I doubt many people search "Like New" on ebay.

Since it was a cheap item as you said, refund all or half to keep your customer happy. Seems simple enough. :)

Giving the customer a deal usually alleviates 90% of all online sales problems.

Or you could ask one of the account sellers to prepare docs for your existing accounts instead of paying for "all limits removed" accounts.
