My VPN accidentally gave me a IP in Canada (I'm in US), and I got a document request within 3 days. I don't think it's coincidence since this account had no problems since 2012 until this happened.

Ah yes but what i usually do is send them a private email thru there paypal email ,,and ask for a mobile number to discus the item The do all the talking on the phone :uk:

Using same information will link the accounts.

Its a good idea to have multiple accounts, but its not good if their linked. If one goes down, so will the rest.

I have been using TSB on my own selling accounts, fine to, but like LOMBOK says, everyone can have a different experience.

I would assume you would be fine using any bank as long as you didnt give...

It means you've added a bank account (presumably a saver) that does not have a direct debit facility.

So long as the bank is still attached to Paypal then you can withdraw to it.
