Same way as getting a Canadian but the trick is to get a US IP, the rest is the same process. Name, Address, phone, etc.

Most likely an increase was automatic hence the balance is quite ridiculous. I usually call them up and ask for higher item limits rather than $ amount but calling is not suggested unless you can...

Accounts years old with 1000's of feedback will rank high.

New account will rank high

Accounts a few months...

One thing ive been told you can do is block email addresses. I imagine most people with multiple ebay accounts use the same paypal account, so it may help.

You build up inventory. Its a investment. Once you have a large enough inventory you'll see sales increase over time. I'm still building my inventory! I like to have anywhere from 500-750 clothes...

No, you can add them all one after the other, what he meant is be careful on YOUR end not to make a mistake when doing this since you need to change IP each time before creating the token for each...

Start very small and slow and have steady growth. I also would recommend a couple different accounts and buy a few different domains now so they are aged by the time you get your biz up and rolling

For me, on my fixed price listings, I reply, "I am very sorry for any confusion. This is not a best offer listing. It is a fixed set price....
