That's overdoing it - just ship different days or times if you are a bit paranoid about it.

As long as the item isn't garbage or coming from overseas (unexpected dropshipping), I wouldn't worry...

A secured card is a CREDIT CARD. It's no different to any retail than any other card. The card issuer, whether secured or unsecured, etc, don't matter.
