Difficult question to answer solidly - no one is really repeatedly testing HOW an account would get linked with repeat IP screwups. 1 or 2 times has not caused problems for people, including myself...

You give P/P your EIN + business name when you upgrade, but you don't necessary have to add the business name to Paypal. I've operated a business account for over a year without adding the business...

Another tip, if it will fit in a padded bubble mailer, then your set. USPS has flat rate bublle mailer, only 6.10 anywhere in the us. I have literally fit 10 lb items in them with zero issue.
