I use Wells Fargo with Mismatched Names, but they are BUSINESS accounts. The transactions are 1000-2000 /mo, but no more than that.

I would never use a mobile device to run an account but I cant imagine they have a different set of rules. Sounds like it would be too complex to implement since one could change the way he operates...

EBay will definateley ban you for listings that are set to kickoff in the future. Had this happen to me a few times years ago. Learned my lesson and now I never schedule my listings.

To see if the listing is public, click your ebay user profile, then click view items for sale. If it doesn't show up, its still being reviewed etc.

Just be patient, when its ready it will go up....
