If you have to wait 10 minutes to get a new IP, you should look at getting a mobile broadband dongle. 3 and O2 both have huge ranges of IP which make then ideal if you are managing multiple stealth...

Make sure the clones are "full" clones and not partial

Each account has its own vmware window, and each window has its own dedicated IP
