Leave enough in your paypal account to refund 3 items at your average selling price.. don't want to go in the negative if you get a chargeback

To be ultra safe if this is the first withdrawal then I would go $35. Wait for it to clear then $35

You should be fine though with a straight $70 withdraw if you dont want to wait

The slower the better generally when withdrawing.

It really depends on what 70% of the funds is equal to though

If its $10 then sure. If its $1,00 then no.

No telling why one account gets holds and others don't. Only thing you can do is ship quick, upload tracking or mark orders as processed and maintain good standing with them.

Withdrawals always pend for 24-72 hours for new accounts...even aged accounrs have this. SOME accounts the withdrawal completes in ~30 minutes but that doesnt happen with all accounts.

Why? Because I am using paypal for trading.

Should be a reasonable amount for starting.

Slow, steady and avoiding big spikes of money are important.

first point would be to make your paypal account look reasonable to paypal. Ensure you verify and confirm the account. Have some activity like buying items. Not cheap items but say between € 20-50....
