At one point everyone here was comfortable on our own accounts in our own names with our house address, SSN and all that jazz and slept easy knowing we can give eb/pp our 'legit' documents anytime...

You need to REGISTER the zip code of the pp address on the Vanilla Visa site THEN add the cc to PP. You can select credit card.

If you ship the item and provide the shipping the buyer might no open a case and the funds will release 21 days after payment was received. As long as your paypal is not limited in that case 180days
