It is because of the high value items. You have to treat the account as a baby account no matter how much you sold in the past. Listing a phone as first listing (for ebay this was your first listing)...

Yea current account are better but the bank need more information every time you open another one, saving accounts are easy to open I have 8 savings accounts with the one bank

The word 'saver' is pointless as each banking institution uses this word to describe a whole range of account types.

Some banks have satellite accounts to your main current account to encourage...

Alternatives in the UK are Onbuy.com and Ebid.net. Ebid have awesome visibility in Google Shopping and they accept Paypal so sellers have quick access to their funds which is a great bonus.

No one knows, is the answer to that question. I don't even think they do tbh, as otherwise some of my accounts would of been flagged up before payout.
