The worst thing you can do is try to take everything in a single withdrawn.

I generally leave 10%-20% of my funds in the account.

Steady increments is the best way. Don't take it all in one shot. Also don't leave your balance at $0 when you withdraw so it would be best to leave around $400.

A clean and simple way would be to get a shipping management tool (with a monthly subscription), link it to ebay. Give your supplier the login details, and let them print/dispatch/add tracking.

How is your supplier giving you tracking information?

You might want to have a shared gmail account and forward all notifications of payments to that account and they reply back with tracking....

As far as I'm aware, that's correct.

Aren't you able to download all pending orders in .csv format? If so, the .csv file can easily be opened in Excel. I've never done anything like this...

Not necessarily true. I bought a high limit non aged account 32 days ago. Sold 40 items 1200 and have 92 listed 1400. And Im taking it "slow". I can max it out if I choose, but im taking "slow"!!...

@salem, you need to get yourself going on a few accounts - slowly means a few months, you can't just piledrive with a bought "aged" account

High risk items are always risky - that's what they are called "High Risk".

High value items may not be risky BUT only if the account has proven sales history - that takes time.

Even if you buy a high limit account, it has no sales history.

I'd recommend you get a few low limit accounts or make them yourself and sell a few low risk items on there to get history on them....

Ebay doesn't care what the situation is, Ebay cares about trust and risk. You don't open an account today and tomorrow list a high risk item, hope you understand that.
