For me it's a matter of putting stealth funds to good use, rather than having to pay for stuff with my actual debit card.

Simply adding a new shipping address during checkout works wonders.

I buy stuff on Ebay all the time using stealth Paypal funds. I've never tried on websites though, because most big companies are going to require you have the order shipped to your confirmed Paypal...

When you call in for limit increases the questions are fairly standardized and always easy to answer. Usually goes something like this:

You: "I need higher selling limits, please"

Ebay: "Ok...

If you call in, they will raise your limit by the amount that you need to be able to relist.

Out of curiosity, what cancellation reason did you pick?

I know in the UK when a sale is cancelled + refunded due to the buyer changing thier mind etc., it goes back into your monthly selling...

Even if the transaction was cancelled, it still counts as a sale. Every Month the limits reset so I don't see why a sale 2 months ago will affect this months limits.

At a certain account level, sure, it's no issue.

New accounts, under 6 months, I wouldn't advise it.

You should make it a seller account, try to create a listing (cheap & Very Low risk item).

NB: This differs from a country to another, I have eBay accounts on some EU countries which I never get...
