I was selling £3-4 items. Turned over say £600-700 a month.

The account has been active 9-10 months.

It is in a bit of a wary niche but the item i was selling is 100%...

If you open up the PayPal transaction you should be able to just partially refund from there.

Getting them to open up cases on eBay is NOT the way forward. That could burn your account if you get...
