My MP account is setup with my LLC and EIN.

But they also requested my SSN and name during registration, and I was not brave enough to give them the EIN + LLC name again like we've always done...

And things are 10x more difficult at tax time since the profits would have to be proportionally divided among the multiple members of the LLC.

That's the requirement.

If you tell eBay during the MP application that you're a business entity, you're expected to add a business bank account once you reach that step of the application.

I use real info for my eBay and MP.
At 4000.00 I had to update my bank info for name on mp and bank to match.
I have not been asked for any other documents.
I have been on mp for 6 months now....

Look into smallbusinessbank or azlo, they are fantastic banks, super easy to open business accounts and manage. I've passed tens of thousands of dollars through them as well, overall satisfied

I do believe if it's a business account and using business name an ein is used and they ask for an owner name and social security number.

But if you use a business account then the name reported is only the business name. They should not be able to see a persons name or co-signer on the account it should only show the business entity...

What has been my experience on 2 MP accounts is that around 4500.00 in sales the account is flagged for mismatching names with the bank account.

I agree with glacier992. Get a consolidated and easyer to install OS. Linux distros Xp, 7 or TinyXp, Tiny7 would be good.

Don't bother with win 10 as a virtual machine, way too complicated, big etc. try to get a light copy of windows Xp or windows 7.
