Most any bank (BofA included) have a very strict limit on the number of transactions (mostly EXIT funds) from a SAVINGS account. The FRB Regulation D limit is 6 (six) withdrawals in a calendar month....

In my experience, on limited accounts that now have access to funds, you will still get that $1000 withdraw message. But after you withdraw the initial $1000, just keep trying...

But why not just withdraw $1000 per month until you have it all out?

EDIT: Probably cheaper and easier than adding a bunch of new cards.

That type of withdrawal limit never shows up for me until I add a bank account. Because you can't withdraw before you add your bank account, lol.

Withdraw the max ($1000) then do another withdraw. Sometimes it has taken a couple of attempts, but I have gotten them to go through. You may also want to switch up the amounts or wait til the next...

Adding a real debit or credit card is the solution.

Go into your wallet and see if your VCC is showing up as a "prepaid" card. If so that's where the withdrawal limit is coming from.
