Same to my 25 personal accounts, no problem. eBay legit eMails. It's just that they are not ready yet. They have the bots crazy ...

As a default for CA Paypal, you need Canadian bank account.

US bank account can be added but I am sure it is not accepted automatically anymore....you will likely have to CALL Paypal to manually...

Look up the list of countries that you can withdraw to a card and might be near yours (so you feel more comfortable) and also deal in your language.
