Agree with Slokor, And asking a seller to ship to a non-confirmed address may not work either because the seller has zero protection at that point.

Most sellers will not ship items to an address that is no confirmed meaning youll have to confirm every single address youre shipping to and change that address on paypal.

I use stealth PP balances to purchase inventory and other items all the time.

There are problems with this, such as if any kind of purchase confirmation comes back to PP with a name or address on...
