If you keep your cookies and everything else thoroughly separated, then yes, it's possible. I've been running 2-3 accounts on 80% of my VPN connections for about 3 years now.

Since VPN traffic is encrypted, I would think you're trading privacy from your ISP for a lack of privacy to the VPN company. The ISP can still see that you're online but they don't have the keys so...

90% of regular Paypal users are using them (via mobile networks) so they're pretty lenient about dynamic IP's as long as cookies are in place.

@Mayhard, listen to nickopedia and address those questions first of all - it is important to understand the age of the account and when/what was sold. Also, have you ever made withdrawals before?
