Email and other apps are fine. Although if you want to be extra cautious, avoid the gumtree app as they are owned by ebay.

You dont have to change your phone/sim. eBay can only pickup some...

I would advise you do go ahead and factory reset, just to be super safe. Uninstalling the PayPal, eBay apps might suffice - but it's not...

Are they wanting an old address that was previously used on this account, or old address you lived at?

If the later, they likely are pulling questions from a public records database to confirm...

That 1 time removal of the microdeposits from your bank by Paypal OP ....yes it can show the name of the account holder but very unlikely to cause problems.

Trying not putting the names that are suspended to verify it with paypal. THey normally just check address and zip code.

You should be able to use those cards as long as it will pass AVS - and if the address is a match it should.
What bank are you using?

When doing the verification via the 2 deposit method then yes they do have the possibility of seeing the name of the account holder - but from all indications it does not lead to a limitation because...

I once bought an US ebay + paypal account and it came with EIN for Paypal and it was easy to unlock. No LLC was needed. Not sure how the seller did it tho, but it worked on...
