I found a way to bypass the PP phone verification without calling pp and I wanted to share it with you.
Try to resent the SMS over and over again to your old phone number Until you get the message...

I am even more sure now reading that, that link clearly states they are a PISP. Name checking is not available to a PISP. And you have to be a bank enrolled in open banking to have CoP.

Withdrawing from PayPal to a bank account is fine though. Name will not get exposed.
