Relisting the same item after this occurs is just asking for problems.

There is no real "safe" time period you can re-list that item without risk. You can bet the account is already being watched...

Why would you ever want to print labels with PayPal anyways? Super inconvenient, super slow, and zero cash back or discounts. It would be my last resort shipping option.

The SOP with MC011 is almost always the same.

eBay will ask for ID and whatever else before slapping on a perm selling restriction. They usually have no intention of reinstating the account.
